Over a career spanning more than 30 years and 100 countries, Aidan has served as Chief Innovation Officer of Alltech and CEO of agricultural computer-vision company Cainthus. He is also Immediate Past President of the International Food and Agribusiness Management Association (IFAMA), holds academic positions in the United States, Ireland and China, and is the author of The Future of Agriculture and 2-1-4-3: Plan Your Explosive Business Growth.
