Cynthia Jonströmer speaks at European Forum Alpbach 2025 on Europe’s Clean Energy Future
On 27 August 2025, our Founder and CEO Cynthia Jonströmer took part as a speaker at the European Forum Alpbach, joining a high-level panel titled “Energy Without Borders: Building Europe’s Clean Powerhouse.”
The discussion brought together diverse voices on how a unified Energy Union could supercharge Europe’s security, economy, and climate resilience. Alongside Cynthia, the panel featured Immy Kaur (CIVIC SQUARE), Wolfgang Hattmannsdorfer (Federal Minister of Economy, Energy and Tourism, Austria), and Burkhard von Kienitz (E.ON SE), with moderation by Irene Giner-Reichl (European Forum Alpbach).
The session explored how cross-border cooperation and smart innovation can drive a clean, interconnected European energy future—while also highlighting the political courage needed to achieve it.
